Introduction

Lenskart is an Indian eyewear online portal founded by Peyush Bansal in November 2010 in Delhi. Co-founders Amit Chaudhary and Sumeet Kapahi joined Peyush at a later date. The company’s portfolio of products ranges from prescription glasses, contact lenses to sunglasses.

The company had a valuation of $1.5 billion by Dec 2019 after Softbank invested around $275 million. Peyush Bansal, a former Microsoft employee, founded Lenskart in 2010 along with Amit Chaudhary and Sumeet Kapahi.

The Campus drive was conducted for B.optometry students on 18/08/2023 where a total of 8 students participated in the drive where two rounds were held in offline mode and the HR round is held through online mode. Before starting with the session they had an interactive session with the students where they were made aware about the company rules and regulations and their work protocol.

The campus drive was conducted by : Sougata Chakraborty – Cluster Optometrist & Arindam Ghosh - Area Operation Manager 

Out of 8 students, 7 Students has successfully were hired through placement drive where they were given package of 2.6 Lakhs to 3lakhs per annum with attractive incentives packages where they will be given the designation of executives and will be placed pan India
