The FDP was organized to sensitize the participants about the importance of Digital Transformation in modern business, provide knowledge about Emerging trends in the digital economy and the importance of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for better management of businesses.

A total of 52 participants attended the FDP which includes Faculty Members of all schools of the university as well as Research Scholars from various discipline.

The FDP covered a wide range of topics during the seven days, which included: Need for Digitalization, Challenges and Opportunities of Digitalization, Digital Economy, India's Competitive Advantages in the Digital World, India's Transformation into  Digital Economy, Government Initiatives and Schemes for promoting Digitalization, Skills Requirements for building careers in the Digital Economy, Changing Education Scenario and Online Education, Corporate Strategies for Digital Transformation, Digital Transformation Strategy by Indian MNCs vs. Global Companies, Emerging Areas in the Digital sphere: Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Use of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning for Competitive Advantage, Effective Management Decision Making by Digitalization etc.
