Introduction: 

From February 5th to February 10th, the School of Pharmacy at Kaziranga University vibrated with enthusiasm and zeal as it hosted its annual Pharmacy Week. This event, a beacon of unity and excellence, brought together students, faculty, and industry professionals to celebrate the spirit of pharmacy education and practice.

Inauguration Ceremony:

The Pharmacy Week commenced on a high note with a grand inauguration ceremony graced by distinguished guests, including the Registrar of Assam Kaziranga University, the Dean of the School of Pharmacy, and the Head of the Department of School of Pharmacy. Their presence underscored the significance of the event and set the stage for a week filled with camaraderie and competition. 

Events and Activities:

Throughout the week, a plethora of events and activities were organized, catering to diverse interests and talents. From sports enthusiasts to cultural aficionados, there was something for everyone:

• Sports Galore: The grounds echoed with the sounds of cheers and camaraderie as participants engaged in cricket, volleyball, kabaddi, tug of war, futsal, badminton, and chess tournaments, showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.

• Gaming Extravaganza: Enthusiastic gamers battled it out in virtual arenas in popular games like BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), combining strategy and agility to emerge victorious.

• Intellectual Showdown: Minds clashed and ideas flourished in intellectually stimulating events such as quizzes and debates, challenging participants to think critically and creatively.

• Cultural Fiesta: The evenings came alive with vibrant cultural performances, featuring dance, music, and drama, providing a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents and celebrate diversity.

• Closing Ceremony Highlight: The grand finale of the Pharmacy Week culminated with a mesmerizing performance by renowned artist Shyam Sundar Bhuyan from Jorhat, captivating the audience with his soulful melodies and leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all present.
